Help!

Well the powers that be at Outlook have once again decided that they don't recognise my password. When I tried to reset, yet again I get asked a security question I never set so can't possibly answer, and a back up email I have told them multiple times I no longer have access to. GRRRRR! I have to fill in a security form and it wants to know the subject line and email address of recently sent emails. Of course, all of the email addresses are listed in my goddamn email address book, and I seriously can't remember what I wrote in the subject lines!

If you've written me an email, I'm not ignoring you, I just can't access it. If I've written you an email within the last month, or I replied to one of yours, can you please, please, please PM me the subject line and your email address so I can fill in the stupid form. I'm thinking it's time to change email accounts because I am so over these Microsoft douchebags constantly shutting me out of my own email.

Update: thank you alexisjane for the email info that you had to dig through to find, apparently with what I had and with the what you sent me it was enough to get access again. You're a life saver!
