No, you should laugh! It really was the most ludicrous set of circumstances, and even I ended up laughing how ridiculous it was.
Glad you liked my description of the garden ending up inside. I swear, the maintenance guy that services our building once per week is as dumb as a box of hammers. He wields that leaf blower like a small child with a toy sword, swirling it all over the place. The leaves just end up in a different spot (like my living room) but still there.
Pixel is fine bit I'm probably not going to put a collar on her again, it scared the daylights out of me. I have this fear of her choking and not being close by to save her. I looked at safety collars but the said they need 5 kilos of pressure to release the clip. Pixel isn't heavy enough so if she managed to snag herself on a fence, it wouldn't break free.
You should have seen the little bugger when I had her spayed. She had a bucket on her head that no matter what we did, she managed to wriggle out of it to bite at her stitches. I ended up having to take her back to the vet for antibiotics for an infection, and she had to stay there for 12 days so they could keep the bucket on her. It cost me so much money that I couldn't even pay my rent! Lucky I love her :)
