Don't laugh (oh hell, go on, laugh) but that actually happened not so long ago. The painting above my bed fell on my head last summer. The gluey stuff on those removable hooks gave up the ghost from the heat. Luckily it's a canvas with no outer frame. Scared the shit out of me though, lol!
